Cancellation Policy

At Hound Crafted Co., we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. To provide you with a clear and simple process, we've outlined the steps for cancelling your order below.

We offer a full refund if you ask to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email nick@houndcraftedco.co.uk with the subject “Cancel My Order” and include your order number. The time we receive your request determines whether it falls within this window, not the time we reply.

After this 24-hour window, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns for pendants made to your specifications or engraved with your chosen details. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.

For cancellations within our 24-hour window, we issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your request, to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

If you need to update your shipping address, we can make corrections as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
