Product Details

The Pendant

  • Made from 16g of solid Sterling Silver. 
  • Stamped with symbols of connection: the triangle (strength), paw-in-hand (loyalty), and compass (guidance).
  • Custom engraved with your dog's initial and the year they entered your life. (Double-check your entries, engravings are permanent)
  • Hypoallergenic and built for everyday wear. Gym, hikes, or a swim in the sea. It's made to last.

The Chain 

  • 20-inch (50cm) x 3mm Sterling Silver belcher chain. Sits mid chest. Substantial enough to match the pendant's weight.

Why 3-4 Weeks?

We limit ourselves to 10 commissions monthly. Each piece follows the same 3-4 week process:

  • Week 1: Casting in solid Sterling Silver
  • Week 2: Custom engraving 
  • Week 3: Hand-finishing, hallmarking, and final quality check before dispatch
  • Week 4 (if required): On rare occasions, a piece needs additional refinement before it's ready. We don't ship anything that doesn't pass inspection. See full shipping policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our refund policy.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx partnerships. Please review our shipping policy for more information.

How soon will I receive my order?

Since this is a made-to-order custom engraved piece of jewellery the production time is 3-4 weeks, and shipped as soon as possible (according to our shipping policy).

You will receive updates when we start casting, custom symbol engraving, and when your pendant is on it’s way. Once completed, we ship the next working day. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next-day delivery); international delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days after dispatch.

Where are you located?

We are located in the United Kingdom. To ensure the highest quality our jewellery is made and hand-finished in our Hatton Garden, London workshop.
